What do you fear?

“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”- FDR Every time I have let fear take-over, it has paralyzed me from taking any action.  If I sum up all of the times I can recall being truly afraid, it revolved around the fear of not being liked or valued. In the end, it never mattered whether someone liked or valued me, it’s whether I like and value myself. When speaking about my safety, I can say that I have a few near-death experiences and I have realized that when it’s my time to go, I will go and it can happen in my bed or diving in a foreign country.
