What is your favorite animal?

Although I think all animals are incredible, I am most fascinated with the interconnectedness of all living and even non-living things. The more I learn, the more I see how each species, including us Homo sapiens, depends on each other for survival. Pollinators and animals that disperse seeds assist plants so we may enjoy fruits, veggies, chocolate, coffee, lumber, and honey. My favorite example of interconnectedness is how wolves re-introduction into Yellowstone caused a ripple-effect that eventually changed the rivers.
But, if you forced me to pick, I’d have to give a list: sharks, otters, and… GOATS!
